Laps 4 Backs is an all-volunteer organization with a mission to make sick children smile. We buy toys and deliver them to hospitals and other healthcare facilities in the New England area.

Noelle Gregoire founded Laps 4 Backs in 2014 when she was just nine years old. The idea came after she had a 90-minute MRI at Tufts Floating Hospital for Children in Boston. The hospital staff took Noelle to a closet with toys for children being treated there. She saw that she was about to take the last toy and asked about what other children would get. The staff member said the next child would go without a toy.

Noelle decided to do something about that. Since then, Noelle and Laps 4 Backs received enough donations to provide over 25,000 toys to area healthcare facilities, including Tufts. Laps 4 Backs also granted a wish for a young boy in a hospital who missed his dog and wanted to see him every day. Being miles away from home, this wasn’t possible until Laps 4 Backs gave him a surveillance camera mounted in his home so he could see his dog.

Laps 4 Backs needs your help to continue to give toys to sick children and to offer other programs for sick children and their families. Please go to our Go Fund Me page to donate.
